I am a dedicated spouse, parent, volunteer firefighter, and homesteader. My interests include meditation, reading, gardening, kayaking, hiking, nature, and spending quality time with my dog, Zoe. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts, which led me to working in automotive design for many years. I later moved on to embrace a natural and holistic lifestyle. Additionally, I completed the Science of Art and Herbalism course by Rosemary Gladstar as well as becoming a certified Meditation teacher through Natura Training Institute. I am committed to lifelong learning, particularly in natural and alternative healing. I hold a strong passion for Reiki and its potential benefits, enjoying collaboration with individuals and animals to explore the positive effects of Reiki on their well-being.

I have a profound interest in sound healing, utilizing singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and tuning forks. Each instrument offers distinct frequencies, facilitating the body’s natural healing processes and promoting relaxation.
